Now we find HEAVENS SAKE reunited and re-determined to get back into the grind of things. The band is currently focused on dusting off some old tunes, re-evaluating their past backlog of original material and revamping their setlist for future shows! A newfound excitement is in the air and a new agenda is unfolding. We already know a future (3rd) HEAVENS SAKE CD is in the cards. Live dates for later in 2008 and early 2009 are just up ahead and the current rebuilding of the SAKES ALIVE (mailing list) is already happening. The band has just opened this website you are currently viewing, (thanks for stopping by) and the HS MYSPACE page is beginning to take off as well! It seems the motor on this old machine is getting tuned up to do another 300,000 miles! As the expression goes - "OH FOR HEAVENS SAKE"!!

And while we are here...let's give drummer Bobby Richardson and his wife (Jeni) a big shout of "good luck" on the birth of their first baby, due next month. All is going well so far and everyone in the HS Family is excited! "ROCK ON BABY RICH!!"

Born on Sept. 25th 2008! Mommy, baby & daddy are all doing well. Congrats to all!!

In recent HS NEWS, the band has been rehearsing and writing new material. Some demo tunes are in the
works and building of the new set is going great. The band has taken a little break just to give "daddy" Richardson a chance to relax at home...(if you can call it relaxing?) But the band is once again full steam ahead here in October! Watch for new developments and future gig announcements for 2009!
